My Top 10 Hits – Week 174

Every Monday I post my all-new Top 10 Christian hit music chart based on personal preference and influenced by radio airplay. It’s the continuation of a weekly hobby that goes back 40+ years. Here it is – for the week ending Sunday June 14TH 2020:

# 1 This Week In:
2019 – “Church (Take Me Back)” – Cochren & Co.
2018 – “Do It Again” – Elevation Worship
2017 – “Home” – Chris Tomlin

The anthem of the times that we’re currently living in spends a 5TH week atop my chart:

♫ You’re my courage when I worry in the dead of night
You’re my strength ’cause I’m not strong enough to win this fight
You are greater than the battle raging in my mind
I will trust You Lord
I will fear no more ♫

Unspoken is back with their 4TH chart hit since 2017. “You’ve Always Been” is their 3RD hit in a row (nationally) from their current album “Reason”. The title-track was their biggest hit to date at Christian radio nationwide. It was a # 1 smash.

Here’s the official music video for “You’ve Always Been”:

This concludes another weekend of blog posts. I’ll do it again this upcoming weekend – with 4 new entries on Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday. I don’t blog on Saturdays. That’s my day of rest.
