- Jesse’s got the trailer up for the new message series at Life Pointe Church in January. The video is awesome. The message series sounds very interesting. I’m looking forward to the start of the new year at Life Pointe Church !
- Ritz picked his Top 10 Albums and Top 10 Songs of 2007, and he likes a lot of the great music that I like – particularly The Almost, Demon Hunter, Family Force 5, Haste The Day, Relient K, Switchfoot, and 12 Stones.
- Nathan posted his own ‘Road Rage File’. He nearly countered an act of road rage with an act of neighbor rage, but then he calmed down.

I’ll be at work tomorrow, but then at 3 PM EST I’ll be driving home for Christmas – home as in right here in Homestead.
It’ll be a 111-hour weekend for me. Earlier this month President George W. Bush signed an Executive Order declaring Monday December 24TH as a day off for Federal employees. Thank You Sir !
I have a lot of ‘catching-up’ work to do at home during this upcoming holiday weekend, so I am so looking forward to these 111-hours (minus of course the nighttime sleeping that I am planning). I hope to get in 8 hours a night of quality sleep on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, so that’s 40 hours (or 36%) of my weekend that will be ‘downtime’ for me. I must make the best of the remaining 64%.
Look for fresh new blog entries all holiday weekend long including (but certainly not limited to) the following:

Tuesday Night Grab Bag O’ Thoughts
Tuesday Night Grab Bag O’ Thoughts
1. Homestead ARB FL officially got down to a bone-chilling 50°F on Monday morning, and 51°F this morning, but now the warmer air has made its comeback via the northeasterly breezes off of the ocean. We may lightly tap the upper-50s for an hour or two tomorrow morning, but that’s about it. I’m ready for the more normal South Florida weather.
2. I’ve received 15 Christmas cards, and I’ve sent out 20. I still have a few more to send out. I better hurry. Christmas is exactly one week from today !
3. My little buddy ‘Boots’ died exactly 7 months ago yesterday. He was my best friend, and the coolest cat that ever lived. I have a little memorial that I set up for him a few days after he died at the edge of one of my living room couches on top of his favourite sleeping place. That will stay there indefinitely in his loving memory.
4. I cheated today. I ate a half-pound double-cheeseburger and fries for Lunch courtesy of my good friends over there at Wendy’s. It’s not part of my diet, but I was craving it. Is that so wrong ?
5. Travis wants to see pictures of me on this blog. I don’t know why. He knows what I look like. Seriously though I do plan to add a few pictures of me real soon. I don’t have many to choose from. My picture keeps getting taken at Sunday morning service and at various other Life Pointe Church functions, yet I never see them. Maybe I can get some of those pics to post ? Jesse ? Terry ?
6. There’s only one type of battery that I will buy, and that my friends would be the Duracell battery. You know that it’s the copper-top battery. No other battery looks like it – or lasts like it.
7. I had to deal with just a few tailgaters to and from work and to and from Lunch today. It wasn’t enough to make me add another exciting chapter of ‘The Road Rage Files’ on this blog. It was merely enough for me to think about it and mention it here.
8. I mentioned ‘Boots’ earlier – the coolest cat that ever lived. And then there’s ‘Fluffy’ – the most lovable cat that ever lived. This weekend marks the 24TH anniversary that me and my little brother found and rescued that little Manx cat from the harsh Winter elements of outside. I’m planning a nice blog entry this weekend to remember that very special day in which ‘The Fluffmiester’ entered our lives.
9. A few of my co-workers think that those who spread the Word Of God (instead of keeping it to themselves) are radicals. That’s right. I’m a radical, and so was God, Jesus, and the Disciples. Thanks for the complement !
10. This blog will set a new record high today for visitors hitting it. If you discovered it by accident and you stuck around because you love it then tell all of your friends about it. THANKS to all of you for spending just a little bit of your spare time each day by learning what’s going on in my Life today. I am enjoying the Renaissance of my Life, so you came at a very special time.
