Bro, once again, I will show the picks that I disagree with you on:

SUN 1:00 PM EDT (8)
Falcons At Panthers – PANTHERS bounce back and win this. Delhomme and Steve Smith didn’t have much chemistry Smith’s first game back last week. However, I think they will connect 2 or 3 times this week.

Cardinals At Jets – It’s the “Grey Beard Bowl”. Two of my favorite OLDER QBs in the NFL duke it out in this one. I really hope this one is an offensive shootout, with both Warner and Favre slinging the ball downfield. In the end, CARDINALS WIN because Warner has more weapons at his disposal.

Packers At Buccaneers – The PACK will bounce back and Aaron Rodgers will have a great game and continue to show why the team turned it’s back on Favre.

SUN 4:15 PM EDT (1)
Redskins At Cowboys – COWBOYS WIN, but I think this game will be a LOT closer than everyone thinks. The Redskins (my OLD favorite team) have shown a lot of promise this year. Jason Campbell has really impressed me and shown that he can adapt to a new offensive scheme. I am no longer calling for Campbell to step down and for Brennan or Collins to take over. I hope this one is close, because although the Cowboys are my favorite team right now, I still hold a little place in my heart for the Redskins.

The Redskins, Orioles, and Capitals were the teams I grew up watching when I was a little boy in the Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland area. I like to reminice and think about the days of: Joe Theisman, John Riggans, Art Monk, Darrel Green, The Fun Bunch, Mark Rypien, Cal Ripkin Jr, Eddie Murray, Dale Hunter, Mike Ridley, Don Beaupre, Al Iafrate, Kevin Hatcher, Jason Allison, Peter Bondra, Jim Carey, and Dmitri Khristich.

OK it obviously didn’t work the first couple of times that I tried to join the group earlier this week. Now I’m good to go, and my picks for this week have been selected (verbatim from this post).

My Life Pointe Brother Phil was wrong with his one lame pick against my Redskins, and my own blood brother Danny got three strikes and went out with his picks. That’s what you crazy cats get for picking against me. 8)

Hail to the Redskins, hail victory, braves on the warpath.. the Cowboys stunk this weekend.

Good job Jason Campbell !

I am thinking about going back to being a Skins fan.

Oh, also, congrats to Brett Favre, who threw 6 touchdowns this weekend at the ripe age of 68 years old.
