Telemarketer Of The Day Hit List

I got a call from them this afternoon, and the joke is on them. I don’t answer my telephone to anyone whose name doesn’t clearly display on my Caller-ID, and even if the name does display but it is unknown to me then I don’t answer it then either. I answer my telephone to friends – not salespeople. I watch commercials on television. I don’t need them on my telephone.

Apparently I’m not alone. Check out this long list of complaints regarding calls from this specific telephone number.

Be Yourself

There’s a popular show on the TV Guide Network – “Look-A-Like” – that takes a young lady who sort of resembles a celebrity (usually a pop singer), and gives her a makeover to look even more like that celebrity. These girls are suddenly the likes of Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Kelly Clarkson, Celine Dion, Hilary Duff, Alicia Keys, Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan, Madonna, Reba McEntire, Mandy Moore, Alanis Morissette, Shakira, Ashlee Simpson, Britney Spears, and Gwen Stefani.

These girls – and this show – are just a travesty. They are both seriously misguided.

When Our Lord Almighty created us in His own image He did not intend us to look and act like anyone else. He intended each of us to be our own unique self – not to imitate someone else – particularly some superficial role model. There is only one real role model to look up to and love – and that is God himself.

It’s A New Greener Look !

We’re just about 3 days away from kicking-off our week-long ‘Sneak Preview’ here leading up to our official ‘Grand Opening’ on Saturday December 01ST 2007.

My MySpace blog will be frozen in time on that date, and this blog right here will go LIVE & EXCLUSIVE !  Be there from the very beginning. It will be something muy especial.

In the meantime I continue to make some cosmetic tweaks to the overall look of this blog. I’ve decided that it needs to be more greener; hence, the new greener look to it. Now it’s environmentally friendly !  I’m doing all that I can to save the blogosphere.
