It’s the continuation of a weekly hobby that goes back nearly 45 years. CHRIS TOMLIN – He captures my 512TH # 1 smash since 1985, 88TH # 1 smash over the past 333 weeks, and 6TH # 1 smash of 2023. His “Holy Forever” ascends to the pinnacle in just its 2ND week on my chart. That’s the fastest climb to # 1 since Cade Thompson did so in December 2020 with “Every Step Of The Way”. It’s Chris Tomlin’s 3RD # 1 smash after “Home” (2017) and “Nobody Loves Me Like You” (2019).

CHARTBUSTING – Sitting just outside of my Top 10 this week is the new song from MercyMe. They are my # 2 artist over the past 333 weeks – with 116 weeks on my chart – 27 of them at # 1. “To Not Worship You” should enter my chart next weekend.
