It’s the continuation of a weekly hobby that goes back nearly 45 years. DAN BREMNES – My 79TH # 1 smash of this current era and 11TH # 1 smash of 2022 is Dan Bremnes’ 1ST # 1 smash on my chart. His “Hold You Tight” ascends to the top in its 10TH week on my chart after spending at least 1 week at every chart position in my Top 5.

JASON CRABB – I love a debut artist on my chart. Jason is 45 years old, and he hails from southwestern Kentucky. He’s been singing about God since he was a kid – first with his family – and then solo since 2009. His breakout hit – “Good Morning Mercy” – is now Top 5 on my chart, and it’s approaching the Top 30 nationwide. Hallelujah it’s a brand-new day !

This concludes another weekend of blog posts. I’ll do it again with the new weekend – and 4 new entries – known as #TravelThursday, #RetroFriday#SundayScripture, and #Top10Monday.

UNSPOKEN – Their 5TH hit in 5 years becomes their 1ST # 1 smash on my chart after a cumulative 43 weeks. They’ve come close in the past. “Miracle” spent 3 weeks at # 2 early in 2018. I got to see Unspoken LIVE in concert last year. They were one of the opening acts for TobyMac. In fact they kicked-off the 3½-hour concert. Another one of the opening acts was Cochren & Co. It’s good to have those 3 acts together in my Top 5 this week !

900 – This is my 900TH blog post since the post-hiatus revival in January 2018. I don’t really count the blog posts that were done before that on Myspace, WordPress, and Facebook. Thank You everyone for continuing to check-in with this blog each weekend from Thursday to Monday. I appreciate you immensely. It’s on to 1,000 !

2019 – “Raise A Hallelujah” – Bethel Music
2018 – “Dream Small” – Josh Wilson
2017 – “Wonder” – Hillsong UNITED

STILL DREAMING SMALL – Ascending to the top of my chart exactly 4 years ago was Josh Wilson’s debut hit “Dream Small”. It’s a peculiar title for a Christian song, but once you hear the lyrics you understand the point that Josh is trying to make. Our God is a God of big prayers and big dreams, for He is almighty. But Josh reminds us that the little things along the way – you may think that they are irrelevant – but they matter too. Simple moments change the world. Just let Jesus use you where you are.
