Every Monday I post my all-new Top 10 Christian hit music chart based on personal preference and influenced by radio airplay from the previous week. It’s the continuation of a weekly hobby that goes back almost 50 years. Here’s this week’s chart – for the week ending Sunday March 29TH 2026 – the 476TH week of this current era that began on Presidents’ Day Weekend of 2017:

2024 – “Lead On Good Shepherd” – Patrick Mayberry
2023 – “The Lord’s Prayer (It’s Yours)” – Matt Maher
2022 – “Brighter Days” – Blessing Offor
2021 – “Say I Won’t” – MercyMe
2020 – “Almost Home” – MercyMe
2019 – “Confidence” – Sanctus Real
2018 – “No One Like Our God” – Lincoln Brewster
2017 – “I Have This Hope” – Tenth Avenue North

HOPEFUL. – I love a debut artist, and here we have one from the surf of Southern California. They are 5 guys who love God and are hopeful of His promises. “Everything Is Better” is their debut hit that’s starting to make waves on the radio. It’s my first new entry on my chart in 4 weeks – since Pat Barrett entered at # 10 with “I’ve Got A Fire”.

ONE-HIT WONDER – Jamie MacDonald spent 2 weeks at # 10 on my chart in February 2025 with “Desperate”. It was a big hit nationally that simply underperformed on my chart. Her follow-up was a # 1 smash nationwide – “Left It In The River” – but it never made it onto my chart. It’s actually still in the Top 10 nationally, and there’s a small chance that it could still enter my chart. If that happens – then Jamie MacDonald will no longer be a one-hit wonder.

PHIL, CHRIS, & TOBY – It’s always good to have new artists on the radio and on the charts, but it’s also great to see what I like to call “The Veterans” still singing for their Lord + Savior Jesus Christ. High atop the national charts this week are 3 such Veterans – Phil Wickham, Chris Tomlin, and TobyMac. Almost-42-year-old Phil continues his recent resurgence that started in 2021 with “Homesick For Heaven”. It’s the 3RD big hit from his album “Song Of The Saints”. Almost-54-year-old Chris Tomlin has one of his biggest hits in years with the energetic “How Good It Is”. And then there’s 61-year-old TobyMac – originally from Fairfax County Virginia (same as me). He’s been doing this for almost 40 years. He was on my chart 30 years ago in 1996 with “Between You And Me” – DC Talk’s only hit on the secular pop charts. Thank You Phil, Chris, and Toby for your songs of Praise + Worship through the years.

ONE-HIT WONDER – Megan Woods sang “The Truth”, and it was her only hit on my chart (so far) at the end of 2024 – peaking at # 9. It was a # 2 hit nationwide, and it’s considered to be one of the biggest debut hits on the Christian music charts during the 2020s. She’s getting ready to tour the country with current hitmakers Caleb & John and Jeremy Rosado.
